Disliked: It's not really a dislike but I think they should precise on the app that you need to pay a 100euros caution fee per day of staying. Some people may not have that kind of money on the spot even though the give it back

Liked: I forgot my stuffed penguin in the room, but Yuri (forgot correct spelling) searched nearly an hour for it in the room and the laundry until he found him! He saved me! Such a good heart!

Liked: I liked absolutely nothing.
Disliked: The room i was given had stains that looked like blood on the floor. The tug had stains too. First night the sheets were itchy and gave me rashes, they smelled real bad too. I called for them to get changed but the new set they brought had stains too. It was the second time they brought clean sheets but even those smelled bad. The restaurant was dirty, guests brought dogs into d restaurant. I checked out 2 days earlier, they say they’ve refunded though booking.com has still not issued my refund. Terrible experience!
