Liked: We have had the most wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for anything more. From the moment we arrived, the staff were absolutely incredible - so attentive, warm, friendly and genuinely personable. A special mention must go to Julia, Tessa and Claudia, who went above and beyond to make us feel so welcome and cared for throughout our stay. The room was immaculate, and we were genuinely amazed by the attention to detail - we have honestly never seen such a clean kettle! Everything you could possibly need was thoughtfully provided, right down to a steamer and dressing gowns, making our stay feel effortless and luxurious. Our celebratory stay in Rome has been truly perfect. It has been so special to celebrate my partner’s milestone birthday and our recent engagement here, and the hotel has made these already wonderful occasions even more memorable. We are quite literally on cloud nine, and the staff are entirely to blame for that! Their warmth, thoughtfulness and genuine care have made this experience even more magical than we could have imagined. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special. We leave with the loveliest memories, full hearts and huge smiles, and cannot wait to return and book again. We would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional and truly memorable experience in Rome!

Liked: We absolutely loved our stay at the Radisson Collection Hotel, Roma Antica! Everything about the hotel was beautiful, from the comfort and quality of the rooms to the exceptional service. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we genuinely had some of the best nights’ sleep of our entire European holiday! The staff were wonderful — incredibly friendly, welcoming, attentive and always happy to help. The food was outstanding, and breakfast was a particular highlight. I especially loved the delicious chia puddings and really appreciated the excellent dairy-free alternatives available for guests with lactose intolerance. The attention to detail, beautiful surroundings and overall comfort made our stay feel truly special. We couldn’t have been happier and would absolutely love to return!
Disliked: The only minor issue was the shower. The water temperature was a little too cold for my liking, and the water pressure could have been stronger. However, this was a very small inconvenience compared with how wonderful everything else was. It certainly wouldn’t stop us from staying again!
