Lovely
Wonderful stay, would come back!
Liked: They made a huge effort to let us in early as we arrived around 8am. Our room was ready at 11am! Great hotel, would come back. Very clean and wonderful front desk. They also arranged airport pickup which was perfect.
Liked: The check in experience was very professional and friendly!
Disliked: Sometimes there was a muddy smell in the bathroom.
Liked: The location was great for sightseeing, restaurants, nightlife. Very quiet and safe at night, loved it! Also close to Termini train station. Wonderful staff, especially Patricia who was a wonderful person and professional, grazie mille!
Disliked: Shower stall was much smaller than the ones pictured in the website, but was not a big deal for a 6’3” tall man.
A boutique hotel with Exceptional 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟staff in a lovely neighborhood
Liked: This team, especially Patrizia and Alessandro were incredibly caring in person and on WhatsApp 24 hours a day. Patrizia was so exceptional that we would follow her to any hotel she worked at! One of us got sick and we were treated like a favorite family member. So rare!
Liked: Location was good and most of the well known tourist spots are within walking distance. Also, the staffs were very cordial and helpful
Disliked: Hotel rent was a bit costly
