Guest reviews
Exceptional
Liked: Excellent location, close to the subway and near city centre. Great service and very clean. We received a room upgrade upon arrival which was very appreciated! Good value for the money. Comfy beds (by Roman standards)
Disliked: We had earplugs with us so wasn't a problem but beware the hotel is next to a quite busy street. Soundproofing in the building was not great. Was just fine with earplugs however so we didn't need to ask for a room change
Liked: close to coliseum
Liked: Such friendly helpful staff. Hotel is an easy walk from the main train station. So many of the major attractions are close by. The hotel stored our bags for us on the final day until their recommended airport shuttle picked us up. A very smooth ride to finish off the trip Highly recommend this place
Disliked: Stairs
Friendly staff
Liked: Staff were very helpful and friendly, couldn’t have done more for us. Hotel was clean and in a good location. Had everything we needed.
Disliked: Very small lift 🤣
Liked: Excellent location. Helpful and welcoming staff.
Disliked: No issues. Everything was excellent.
