Fabulous
Liked: Perfect place to stay. Near of everything. Super nice. On a quiet street during the night which garantees a good sleep.
Disliked: Nothing
I would give it a 5 stars if it wasn't for the lack of soundproofing from other rooms and hallway
Liked: Location was great. Staff was great. It's clean.
Disliked: Rooms have 000 soundproof. You can hear your neighbor sneeze, use the bathroom, talk..... If you need rest don't go there.
Liked: The location is excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, it was an okay stay. The excellent location is definitely a big plus, but there are some things that could be improved to make the experience more comfortable.
Disliked: However, the room felt quite old and would benefit from some renovation. There was also a strong room fragrance that was not very pleasant for us, and at times there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom and drainage.
No iron
Disliked: We needed an iron to iron our shirts for a wedding.
Great place
Liked: Even though the location is very central, inside the hotel it was very quiet. The staff were very kind and wonderful everything we asked for we got very quickly. The room and the hotel as a whole was beautiful and aesthetic, Great air conditioning.
Disliked: The way you check in was confusing and I wish they would send a video of how to get inside the hotel beforehand. Other than that the whole idea of the hotel being with no reception desk is good and very fast.
Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: Rooms were very tiny. No onsite host. Elevator didn’t work. WiFi was terrible, totally undependable. WiFi didn’t work most of the time so planning our day and booking tours was nearly impossible.
