  Interesting

  Liked: The hotel is actually like an AirB&B, no lobby no reception, complicated access felt like an escape room to use. Should be automated, no keys, electronic access and lower the price.

  Perfect

  Liked: Perfect stay! The staff was amazing! Beny, Loredana, Lisa, all very helpful from the start. It’s close to everything shops, supermarkets, restaurants, Trastevere which was amazing at night.

  Excellent facilities, location and staff

  Liked: Location was excellent - could walk to all the major attractions. But was also close to the tram and bus stops when needed. Staff were brilliant - room was cleaned with bed dressed daily. I was using the blanket to prop my pillow a bit higher and staff noticed and automatically left another pillow without me asking. Water in the mini-bar was topped up daily. The air conditioning was excellent.

  Disliked: Only downside was that the bathroom door was a glass sliding door which didn’t close fully. Was fine for us but may be off putting for some people. Partially my fault for not noticing in the pictures.
