Fabulous
Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: A/C filters was messed and i must to clean them and to empty water bottle because it making mess every two three hours. Also drain in cabinets was full with hair and drain didnt work well.
Rome, as authentic as possible for a tourist
Liked: It's a very nice room with private bathroom, there's also a shared small kitchen. The room is spacious, bright, clean, very comfortable. The area is quiet, not far from the "center", communicative and gives possibility to explore also the local life away from the touristic traps (this is rare opportunity in Rome). You can easily explore the sightseeings either walking or by public transport and also to see some hidden jams in the area. Check in and out was uncomplicated, the host is friendly and helpful. Can only recomment
Good location & modern, clean stay IF you’re there for sport
Liked: Clean, modern & great if you want to be very close to tennis.
Disliked: Very far out of city if you’re there for the sites (more a warning for others not there for tennis (as we were), as you’ll need to allow for cost of taxis with suitcases etc. or long time to walk in/out city centre. Asked for extra coffee pods but didn’t get. Beds soft but sheets not secure & moved all over the place.

Liked: Great location, tram just a few steps away, bus a few minutes walk, safe and quiet area, spaceous and very clean room, I can definitely recommend this place.
Disliked: I couldn’t leave the property without key and codes. The gate was closed and it was raining. I had to wait for a neighbour to open.
Wonderful B&B in the heart of Flaminio
Liked: Great location and well maintained facility. The building is beautiful and it feels to be in a Italian movie. The room was super comfortable and clean, also they tidy up the room every single day.
Disliked: Nothing, all good. Only a tiny thing, the door doesn’t lock/open easily… but it’s doable
