Exceptional
Liked: I had a lovely stay at Una Stanza guest house. My room and the washroom were tidy and clean, and the owner responded to messages quickly. Breakfast was a little basic, but it was nice to have a separate breakfast room.
Disliked: I have one small suggestion: adding a kettle and some coffee or tea to the room would let guests prepare a drink whenever they like. To Room No 4, the Wi-Fi signal is weak Shower head wasn't working properly
Liked: The place is clean and beds are comfortable. Also the staff are accomodating and helpful and location is close to public transportations.
Disliked: It would be good if there will be a kettle provided in every room so we can use anytime to wait when kitchen is open to serve breakfast between 7am-10am. We also appreciate if there will be more tv stations or we can connect to netflix.

Disliked: We didn't like the attitude of the lady that sent a WhatsApp message to my phone. Her message was unprofessional. She addressed it as 'Dear Sergio', not Mr Bosso. We had no idea that it was from Roma una stanza as the profile picture shows a lady being embraced by a man, nothing to do with Booking.com or the accommodation, but asking us to send her pictures of our passports. We decided that the message was fake, possibly a hoax to steal identification information, so we blocked it. On arrival at Roma una stanza, my husband used the contact details to find out how we should gain access. After our explanation, we could finally gain entry. The wifi wasn't working in the B&B, and we needed to phone for a taxi to return to Fumicino airport as Swiss had failed to load one of our bags in Zurich, and it would be flown in on a later flight that afternoon. We asked her to phone a taxi on our behalf. She wouldn't do it for us, but sent us a phone number which we couldn't reach. The gentleman attending to the B&B tried to phone on our behalf but was also unsuccessful. He directed us to a taxi rank not far from the B&B, which sorted out our problem. The next morning we get a message to leave €48 on the table in our room for tax, she couldn't be bothered to enquire if we managed to get to the airport or if we were able to get our bag. She was totally uninterested in her guests!. She is lucky to have the gentleman she has looking after her B&B!
Pretty good
Liked: The location is good. The staff were friendly. You have everything you need nearby: a pharmacy, a shop, and a bus station. There is also a café just a few minutes away where you can get a good coffee and a fresh croissant.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the breakfast quality was disappointing. The butter was spoiled and had an unpleasant smell, the coffee from the capsule machine was undrinkable.
Liked: Place was very clean
Disliked: The wifi did not reach our back room. I thought I ordered 3 beds and we got a room with only 2.
