Exceptional
Liked: Andy and Lenka were excellent and very accommodating. After traveling over 20 hours from Seattle, Washington, and being very exhausted, they were able to clean our room and allow us to check in early. The room and bathroom were very very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was very quiet and we were able to get some needed rest. It was ideally located near Roma Termini Station, many restaurants. It is also within walking distance to the Trevi Fountains, Colesseum, and the Pantheon. Highly recommend Romebest and grazie to Andy and Lenka.
Disliked: The shower stall was small and tight in our room, but the other rooms had a bigger shower stall with more space.
Liked: The wonderful location, the clean room, and warm host.
Disliked: Nothing
Great a/c. Comfy beds. Quiet. Linka gave us lots of great advice
Liked: Location was perfect.
Disliked: Only difficulty was finding the location. The address isn’t easy to see on the building. Romebest is marked on the buzzer but a little hard to see.
Perfect place for a Rome Experience
Liked: The hosts, Andy and Lenka were very welcoming and helpful. Their English is good and recommendations very helpful. The location was excellent close to all major train and bus routes. There are good restaurants and supermarkets less than a 1 minute walk away. Roma Termini is a 1 to 3 minute walk so dealing with luggage is no big deal.
Disliked: The shower is quite small.

Disliked: Garbage was kept in the foyer of the building. It smelt.
