Wide and spacy rooms with the best customer service support!
Liked: Honestly - I loved how there was a private balcony! The pictures don't do the property justice - the property is much more wider and bigger than it looks like. Loved how clean and tidy it was. There was enough towels for atleast 5 people (we were 3 people). Love the overall vibe - screams Italian (I mean of course it's a place in Italy).
Disliked: The kitchen could do with a proper electric stove rather than a portable one on top of a stool(?). Kind of changes the vibe and the kitchen gives new couples buying a new house and not having money to renovate? I was hesitant to book this place purely because of the kitchen look but I had no other choice. And honestly once I was there it didn't matter as I did not cook. Regardless everything was functional.
Liked: The location and the space
Disliked: The forniture is old, the lift is only for 2 people. The agency managing the flat did not inform us that there was a planned water interruption for Sunday morning in the full area. After informing them, they responded that it was our duty to read the notice placed somewhere in the building where the flat is located. Well there are many doors and announcements on the walls and door so it was even difficult to find it. Not a nice gesture.

Liked: Large, bright, quiet apartment. Everything you need is there, clean and comfortable. I came for the course, good living conditions allowed me to fully concentrate on my studies. I'll be happy to come next time. Thank you very much.
Disliked: What was missing was a large mirror, but everything was fine.
