Fabulous
Very relaxed and was a real treat after travelling on train for the past 3 weeks it was such a treat
Liked: It was a beautiful hotel. The location was excellent and the walk around the hotel was interesting. The room was wonderful and we were given an unexpected upgrade. Breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: I liked all of the hotel.
Best location, clean and cozy
Liked: Location, location, location! We loved the spacious hotel hall and the junior suite was quite nice, we had small room with tv and bedroom on the ninth floor. it was air conditioned.
Disliked: Poor breakfast, bad coffee. anyway there is plenty of breakfast cafes around. We had poor replenishments of the room, one day no water, another day no coffee.. in the end they ask to leave tips for staff:)

Great location, near the metro and train station. Avoid breakfast!
Disliked: The operation of the restaurant serving breakfast could be improved. It is a problem for people staying alone because all the dining tables are joined together for many more people. I had the inconvenience because I tried to sit at one table after I asked two people who were already sitting there and they told me that the seat was free. When I came back with the plate and tried to sit down, the waitress came up to me and started yelling at me that I was alone and I couldn't sit there because it was a table for four. I was very uncomfortable. Nowhere was it written that the table was reserved and no table was for two, nor for one person! This behavior of the waitress is totally unacceptable and the waiters should improve their communication skills with the guests. Also, for the four breakfasts I had in this hotel, they did not change a single dish that was offered.
A good central place to stay in Rome
Liked: Good location (close to the train station), a decent gym, clean and spacious room.
Disliked: Higher room taxes than other hotels, the rooms weren't thoroughly cleaned each day.
Liked: Excellent hotel with great location, facilities and confort. Room was perfect
