Proximity to the Vatican - Excellent. Appearance and comfort of hotel - Good/Very good
Liked: Excellent location to visit the Vatican. Interior appearance (lobby) was clean and well-maintained. Room was modest in terms of size, but modern and the staff kept it neat and clean during our stay.
Disliked: Only one elevator was operational for our first two days and the staircase was closed.

Disliked: The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which was definitely a positive aspect of our stay. However, for the price of one night, I honestly don’t feel the hotel was worth it. Everything felt overpriced, and although the hotel tries to create a luxurious, fancy atmosphere, the actual experience didn’t live up to those expectations. The room was extremely small and did not look the way it was portrayed in the online photos. Overall, I expected much more for the price we paid. While I appreciate the friendly service, I don’t feel the overall value matched the cost.
