Fabulous
Liked: Clean and spacious room close to metro station. Had a very nice stay.
Very affordable, tiny but good for one person if a quick over night if you don’t need to spread out
Liked: It was inexpensive. It was near the train station but not as close as we thought. It was clean and the host was very communicative and accommodating.
Disliked: It turned out to be farther from the train station than I thought and we were at the end of our two-week stay and very tired so the walk was too much. So we took a taxi to the airport the next morning instead of the train which we had originally planned. The building is very weird with a lot of steps. There is a lift but you have to go up a half flight of stairs to the lift. Then down a half flight and up a half flight to get to the room. And if someone fails to get the elevator closed properly you have to use all your flights of stairs like we did the morning we left. The Actual bedroom is very tiny. It would have been fine for one person but there was not enough space for all our luggage. Fortunately we only really needed a place to sleep and shower.
Liked: Modern stay with comfortable aircon. Having an iron was great.
Liked: Great location, easy communication, nice and safe neighborhood. Elisa was a great host and we will gladly be her guests again. The accommodation is clean and has everything you need. She made sure to be helpful as much as she could, and we highly appreciate that.

Disliked: A little small but not cramped! Perfect for a short stay
Expensive but all in all it is a good place in Rome
Liked: The location was near by the train station. The “owner” answered when I phoned her. The AC was fantastic. Everything was extremely clean and the place and area was very secure. There was a supermarket and good priced cafeterias around for breakfast.
Disliked: I believe it is overpriced for the quality of the place and the dimensions. The bath was tiny and the room as well. We had to wait because the room was not ready and we were not offered any kind of compensation ( late check out or discount). The elevator was very dirty and the building in general needs a glow up.
