Great hotel - a classy experience in the heart of the high street of Rome
Liked: It is in a prime location - dated but quality and expensive furnishings. Very secure, managed by very experienced and high quality staff. Special mention to Suraj at the front desk. For the money the staff give you that old world 5 star experience and charm.
Disliked: Nothing - it needs an update but considering its location and the team whatever it lacks, it makes up through them (location and team) 10 fold.
