Would stay again, safe convenient area
Liked: Like location of the property, nice close restaurants and not swarming with tourist. Liked that it was unique, rooms all on one floor, old style elevator and loved entering thru gates as many residents in Rome experience.

Liked: The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Their hospitality was definitely the best part of our experience.
Disliked: The hotel was quite disappointing in terms of comfort, accessibility, and value for money. It is located on the top floor of a residential building rather than in a traditional hotel property. Access was inconvenient, especially when travelling with children. The elevator was extremely small, outdated, and did not feel particularly safe. The bed was uncomfortable, and the bedding felt old-fashioned and unhygienic. There was only a sheet separating us from the bed covers, which did not give us confidence in the cleanliness of the bedding. The location was also not ideal for exploring Rome on foot, particularly with young children, as many attractions were not within a convenient walking distance. Overall, the facilities and comfort did not meet our expectations, especially considering the price we paid.

Liked: Location and staff were great.
Disliked: Dirty floor and mattress pad. Looks like floor hasn't been swept in a while. Shower had moldy corners and partial shower door which caused water to leak all over the bathroom floor. Needed repair.
