Fabulous
Liked: Closeby to many historical center attractions, and still little to none noise at night.
Disliked: Power shortage during the while night with a emergency light that kept us from sleeping properly. Air conditioning system isnt easily adjustable, you can simply adjust it for a colder or hotter temperature at will, that probably is a dealbreaker at colder or hotter months

Overall we enjoyed our stay
Liked: The hotel was nice and the staff was super friendly. The room size was very decent compared to other hotel rooms that we have experienced in Europe. The location is amazing. It's right in the historic center.
Disliked: We didn't like the checkin experience. We had to call in order to get access in the hotel. We had a tiring day and we had to call a bunch of times before someone answered. It would've been better if we had received the code to the front door.
Liked: Amazing location, very quiet at night despite being so centrally located, we liked complimentary water refilled every day
Disliked: The window handle kept coming off, my son's bad was very hard and not too comfortable
Nice enough
Liked: Excellent location for exploring Rome. Staff were very friendly and helpful when we saw them. Rooms were comfortable and well stocked.
Disliked: Breakfast selection was very limited and got boring quickly. Having to coordinate arrivals, check out etc with staff via Whatsapp (reception is only staffed when they know people are arriving or leaving) was a pain considering how much we were paying for our stay.
Liked: The location was perfect, within walking distance to all major sites. Spanish Steps were only 2 minutes away, making it easy to catch the sunrise before the crowds arrived!
Disliked: Only down side is the reception is not 24/7, for example I wanted to check out early on the day of departure to maximise time but reception did not open until 9:30/10am. Not a major issue
