Excellent Hotel
Liked: All of it - the hotel room was clean and comfortable. Air conditioning was quiet and kept us cool at night when temperatures were high. Room service was excellent. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The roof top bar/restaurant had great views and did nice food. The location was great - pretty central to most attactions.... a 15-20 min walk to most attractions eg Trevi fountain, Coloseum, basilicas etc.
Disliked: Nothing - we were pleasantly surprised at how good the hotel is.
Liked: I liked most of the staff. The towels were soft. The bathroom was nice.
Disliked: My room was much smaller than expected. It was the size of a closet. There were scuff marks in the room and fingerprints on the shiny dresser. I wasn’t crazy about that area. I would stay closer to via nazionale in future. For the price I was disappointed.
