Disliked: Hotel did not response to communication in timely manner. Did not answer our questions. Shower was broken.
Disappointing and inconvenient

Disliked: Not a proper hotel - this was not clear from the booking process. Staff not onsite regularly. The room was basically dirty and needed a refresh. The floor was absolutely filthy. The housekeeping was only available at certain times. One day no toilet paper was left so we had to improvise which was difficult with no bidet! Only one set of keys made it difficult to come and go separately. Bidet non operational. Bed uncomfortable and old. Sheets weren’t changed in the five days. Overall quite disappointing. I will not be recommending anyone stay there.

Liked: Property was perfect for a city break, located 5 minutes or less from the Vatican, room was clean and had all the needed facilities for a city break! From the outside it looks like a piece of Rome with big solid Roman type doors but once inside and you’ve navigated the unique lift! It’s very modern looking. The check in routine was unique never had experienced checking in over WhatsApp before, so that may scare a few!
Disliked: Nothing stands out that we didn’t like, we were only there to sleep then we were back out around Rome.

Great place for a short visit to the Vatican and nearby!
Liked: Fabulous location! Just minutes from the Vatican. We actually walked everywhere, even to the train station when we departed for Florence (tip: don't try that in summer)! The bed and pillows were very comfortable, even for me, a "picky" sleeper, and the neighborhood was quiet too. We were apprehensive about the remote check-in, but it worked like a charm, and Pierpaulo was very responsive and kind. We're glad we chose the Pope's Window for our short visit to Rome!
