Exceptional
The EDITION chain combines a hotel function with events in the lobby generating a lot of noise
Liked: The rooms are nice.
Disliked: They organised an event/ private party in the lobby and patio of the hotel until deep into the night. This caused a lot of noise for virutally all the rooms. The manager's feedback is the concept of THE EDITION chain is to combine a hotel with an event function. (This might be right as I stayed in another EDITION hotel where also an event happend into the night). How it can ever make sense to combine a hotel with an event function beats me. Anyway I will not be staying at a hotel of the EDITION group again. If you do decide to stay in a hotel of the group, make sure you check what events they have planned at night.....

Liked: In addition to the amazing hotel, staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. From the welcoming gentel men in the gate to tge rest of team. Special thanks to Federica, Vanessa, Alexandra, the conceriage and the management. Can’t remember the name of the morrocan lady working in the restaurant. The hotel is elegant, clean, and in a very good location. Staff really made us feel very happy.
Ok but would not stay there again
Liked: Nice design New and clean Le Labo amenities
Disliked: Pool (which was the main reason for our booking) was closed for unknown reasons. No spa. Very friendly staff except for one receptionist who stood out as being almost stubbornly unaccommodating. Overpriced considering location.

Liked: Modern nicely presented hotel
Disliked: Room not available until 3:30 pm despite various assurances that it was nearly ready. Pool not available due to maintenance. Very disappointing as one of the reasons for choosing this hotel. Attitude of staff! Fridge in room not working. No spare toilet paper in room.
An exceptional stay with amazing service — truly felt like a home away from home
Liked: The hotel was absolutely amazing. Everything was exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained, and the staff were wonderful throughout our stay. Everyone was so welcoming and attentive that we genuinely felt at home. The concierge team was exceptional — they arranged all of our dinner reservations and were incredibly helpful with everything we needed. A very special thank you to Mark from the concierge team; he was amazing and truly made our stay even more special.

Liked: Had such a great time, Honestly everything was spot on, the location, the room, all of it. The staff were so helpful and friendly, they really went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Room was gorgeous too. Would 100% stay here again next time we're in Rome.
