Exceptional
Comfortable room and great staff close to Colosseum
Liked: Very clean, well thought out room close to everything. Valeria was exceptionally personable and helpful. It is 10 minute walk to the Colosseum and the Metro. We loved our stay.
Easy Access, Great Location
Liked: Everything was well arranged. Good communication and friendly people. Valeria was great, never got to meet in person but the communication was very good. Air conditioned, clean and very close to the colleseum and the metro. Beds were nice and firm, and pilllows were great
Disliked: Everything was great. If i had one gripe it is that the green security light was slightly bright.

Top Floor is Top Shelf
Liked: The property is very conveniently located within walking distance to the Colosseum, Forum, and other sites of interest. The building looks a little rough from the outside, but the area seems pretty safe and is fairly quiet at night. The staff are only there during daytime hours so we didn't see them much but when we did they were very friendly. The air conditioning worked very well. The room was very clean and had adequate storage. The bed was comfortable but could have used more pillows. We didn't get up in time for the breakfast so can't comment about it. There is a rooftop area where you can take in a view of the sunset. There are a couple of Metro stations within easy walking distance.
Disliked: For the price, an included breakfast would be good. The tiny elevator was like a sauna.
