Fabulous
Friendly staff, central location, fabulous place to stay to explore Rome
Liked: All staff were friendly and really helpful. Fabulous location. Clean and comfortable.
Good value for money on a short stay
Liked: Fantastic location, close to Trevi Fountain etc. Lots of local restaurants & shops. Reception was very helpful, good wifi & supplied bottles of water. Very comfortable beds so good nights sleep.
Disliked: Renovations were done but not as expensive as others, 2 of the 3 glass shelves in the bathroom was missing. Using an old Set Top Box for TV so fiddly to get working.
Excellent location
Liked: The staff was very helpful.
Disliked: There was no lift. No toilet paper in bathroom.
Great stay
Liked: Our stay was comfortable and centrally located to many sites we wanted to visit.
Good affordable accommodation
Liked: Location was great, very central to everything. Accessible to Ubers and taxis. Relatively small hotel so Service is decent. For the price, it was very decent.
Disliked: Toilets weren’t very clean. Shower was separate to the toilet and in the middle of the room. There is no elevator so staff have to carry your bags all the way up the stairs.
Liked: Very friendly service
Disliked: Nothing
Good to know
