Liked: Location excellent and safe. We walked to all major sites. Pleasant, modern style. Helpful staff. Lovely little terrace but overlooked by other properties. Didn't have time to make use of it, anyway. Shower cubicle was small compared to other rooms. A handle in the shower cubicle would be an added safety measure. Keep up the good work.

Disliked: Breakfast was very limited and got finished before time. Did not always refill! Elevator was so small only 2 or 3 people can fit at one time. Left my gold watch behind in the room. Emailed the hotel directly and via Booking.com, but no response to date. Cleaning staff entered my room without knocking first and I was still in bed. Not very apologetic. Special ironing room on the ground floor inside the luggage room. No ironing in the room. No room service either. Poor customer service.
