Good location poor sleep hotel
Liked: Location and breakfast
Disliked: Room temperature was very cold. They gave us blankets. Ac was in summer mode so i ask for mobile heater they did not care. Dont come with your child. we coudn’t sleep good that was all what we want from a hotel. Also bathroom door was broken.

Liked: We had a lovely stay at Trevi Palace Hotel overall. The location is excellent, within walking distance of Rome’s main attractions, and the surrounding neighbourhood is pleasant and charming. The staff were wonderful — the reception team were always friendly, welcoming, helpful, and happy to assist with anything we needed. The housekeeping was also outstanding. Our room was thoroughly cleaned every day, and we really appreciated the attention to detail. The bed and pillows were comfortable, too.
Disliked: When booking through Booking.com, the photos showed a bathtub situated in the bedroom, next to the bed, creating a romantic atmosphere ideal for couples. Unfortunately, our room had a shower cabin in its place, which was quite unexpected and, to be honest, rather strange. The bathroom itself was perfectly fine, but the additional shower cabin inside the bedroom was not what we had expected based on the photos. The room also felt rather basic and lacked a cosy, inviting atmosphere. The tiled floors and limited furnishings made it feel quite bare, and there was very little storage space for our luggage and belongings. There were no wardrobes or proper cupboards, just a single clothes rack, which was not very practical. Another issue was the noise. We had read several reviews describing the hotel as quiet, with rooms overlooking a peaceful side street. Unfortunately, our room faced the main road, and the traffic noise was very loud, even with the windows closed. Perhaps we were unlucky with our room, but I would recommend requesting one facing a quieter street.
It was perfect
Liked: The location was excellent. The staff was very warm and super helpful with everything from dinner reservations, directions, as well as getting a taxi early in the morning. The room was quiet, good AC, and also had a lovely terrace. It was great.
Disliked: The room was a little small but totally acceptable for our needs.

Liked: Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for walking around Rome
Disliked: Water pressure wasn’t very strong
Disliked: Reception hours for the hotel are limited (open till 8.30pm) and could potentially be a problem if one’s flight gets delayed. Any check in after 8.30 has to be approved ahead of time and costs additional 50EUR.

Please note that the Double Room - Annex, Double Room with Balcony Annex, Double Room with Terrace Annex, Triple Room Annex, and the Quadruple Room Annex are located on the 1st floor with no elevator access.
