Exceptional
Fantastic hotel! Can't wait to return
Liked: Cannot praise this hotel highly enough. Everything was great! The room was exceptional (we were lucky enough to be upgraded). The staff were all friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar was lovely, with an amazing view and prices that weren't too high. And the location was pretty central to everything we wanted to see. Cannot wait to return!

Disliked: There is so much! Starting with the mold in our shower and on the floor by our shower, the stripping coming off of the glass door, the big crack in the glass door in our shower, the ants that got into our suitcases, the fact that this is in a corporate office building and six floors up, and also on a steep incline. Also, that you don’t have an indoor eating area, you have to eat outside and bees are constantly landing on your food or flying around you so it makes it impossible to eat without being bothered. Complaints to the staff knitted absolutely zero. Borrowing the iron from housekeeping, they didn’t clean it and it stained my shirt when I tried to iron. The room was so tiny, you can’t fit two large suitcases in there, the air-conditioning blows, minimally.
Didn’t happen, just paid money
Liked: Didn’t get to stay there. American Airlines flight didn’t happen on time so we didn’t get to Rome until the following day. Hotel was paid without us being there!
Disliked: Never had opportunity to stay there.
