Liked: The hotel was clean enough but more 3 star than 4
Disliked: The bathroom was tiny, the door trim was hanging off and had to be kicked back into place. The ironing board was on a very temporary loan basis and had to be returned soon as it was used. All in all it was fine but definitely not a 4 star level.

Awesome place to stay. Hotel staff were great
Liked: The hotel was really close to public transport. Walking distance to Roma Termini, restaurants, room was kept clean and serviced, great breakfast spread. Staff were really friendly, helpful and accommodating. Choices for dining are awesome - alfresco or having it inside - restaurant staff were excellent and the place was classy.
Disliked: Not applicable. The hotel is highly recommended if you are in Rome.
Everythjng exceeded our expectations
Liked: The friendly and professional calibre of all the staff, particularly the team member who checked us in. We arrived early and she showed us where we could change our travel clothes before stowing our bags for a couple of hours. She was going on break and walked us around the corner where there were some great restaurants. Everyone spoke fluent English making the visit easy without confusion for us:)

Reasonable price given location and last minute booking. Excellent sized family room
Liked: Great location, nice room, really nice bar terrace area in the courtyard out the back. Friendly staff. Bath robes/slippers included, which my daughters really loved. Mega-powered bathroom shower.
