Great location for the price
Liked: Was quiet and secluded in a courtyard it felt like our own little space away from the madness
Disliked: Nothing made to stay feel special we came on our honeymoon. There was no acknowledge that her congratulations
Frustrating
Liked: The room and facilities were quite nice.
Disliked: There were no staff to help with anything. The room did not have a wifi code (which contrary to the information provided was not in the room) and I spent a long time on the phone trying to find out what it was. The first number provided did not connect. The second number I called got me through to someone who just kept telling me that they weren’t at the property so couldn’t help! Eventually I was given a password that didn’t work. Luckily we happened across another guest with a QR code that did work. Given I had no cellphone service in my room, this could’ve been a significant problem.

Disliked: Staff sucked very unfriendly elevator was scary and often stuck
Not honest, dismissive room advertising
Liked: Great location.
Disliked: Not what was booked, booked an apartment with 3 beds, got a small room with 2 beds, staff not helpful at all 2 night 11 hundred was just crazy.
Loved the 4 Star Hotel Rooms, just wish it was cooler
Liked: Surprisingly nice place. Appreciated the waters in the fridge. Hidden gem in the middle of the city.
Disliked: Our A/C wasn't working well. It wasn't getting into the main room. It was be cold in the hallway, but we had tough nights sleeping with the room not being cool overall. We had someone check it and they just said to keep it at 21 Celcius. This didn't fix the problem.
First Time Visit to Rome
Liked: Location was fantastic, right in the heart of things. Walking distance from Trevi Fountain and Spanish steps. Very good selection of restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. Also close to main train station. Air conditioning was important as it was very hot in Rome during July
Disliked: The room was very dark with very little natural lighting.
