Exceptional
Great location to see the sites of Rome
Liked: Great location. Lovely room, very clean and wonderful service. Our room had a balcony looking over the piazza which was especially nice.
GREAT LOCATION - NOT SO GREAT ROOM
Liked: I booked in good faith, the location is great and we walked everywhere, however the room did not meet up to our expectations, the bathroom was small with the sink tap being in a strange position, the water in day one was cold which was then fixed but seemed to have a mind of its own turning cold and then very hot which left my children in a concern of getting burnt. The room was decent but the floor was not hoovered great, the staff we met were all very nice, overall I think we paid alot more then what we were expecting.
Disliked: bathroom - not designed very well, toilet roll holder and sink tap in odd places. housekeeping - the floor was not hoovered well
The perfect place to stay in Rome. Beyond our expectations!
Liked: We loved the loacation. It was close to everything, had a beautiful view and was still very quiet. Our room had everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable and the room was much larger than expected.
Disliked: nothing
Liked: The location was perfect and the accommodations were very nice.
Perfect location, beautiful terrace balcony and wonderful staff
Liked: It’s was clean and comfortable and we absolutely loved our Terrace balcony. It was in a wonderful location yet was quiet at night.
Disliked: Would have been nice to have proper cups and cutlery in the room. Only paper cups provided. The fridge was also not cold at all.
A quaint hotel
Liked: The staff, the location, breakfast room and room comfort
Disliked: Some room setups in our group were a little strange. All different. We had the romantic suite and it had everything we needed, except a chair or bench would have been appreciated! There was a small ottoman only to sit on.
