Good
Liked: Everything was really clean! And you have all you need (coffee, tea, water, shampoos, hair dryer etc.) in the room. Thanks to Vatican Treasure team!
Would not recommend. No warm water, outdated and dirty
Liked: Unfortunately the only thing I liked was the fact that there was air-con.
Disliked: The photos were very outdated. The apartment needs to be refreshed. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls and the shower was faling apart. No proper bed linen was provided. Only a flat sheet. No duvet. Additionally I had no hot water. The host responded to my complaint about the hot water but was unfortunately not fixed during my stay. I would not recommend to stay here.
Don’t book. They ignore when you contact about broken things
Liked: DO NOT BOOK. Hairdryer broken, shower was a trickle, air con didn’t get cold enough, fridge in a wardrobe which got dangerously hot and plugs and switches didn’t work. We tried to contact the number given ont be first day of our 5 day trip and were ignored. On check out we were told our complaint would be dealt with. They have just ignored us. Awful service.

Liked: Good location just 10 mins from the station and 10 mins from Vatican, on the local Main Street with boutiques shops. We had a room with back yard view but it was a good option as it was very quiet. Room was clean, AC working well. We didn’t understand how the coffee machine was working and seems it was not operating, just making noise, but all the rest facilities were great.
Disliked: We felt a very bad smell (canalisation-like) at night when we got back to sleep. Following the smell we found a hole in the floor in one of the corners, which had a lid, but the smell close to it was really bad. We had to move the bed as far as possible from it and cover this place, and it did help (mostly), but it was not great at all. We stayed in the first room on the left (forgot the number).
The price was great, and I would definitely stay again, I just wish they had left the air conditioning alone
Liked: The price was great. The room itself was clean and the location met our needs.
Disliked: It was hard to figure out how to check in, as there was no one there when we arrived. We had to phone them and wait. However, to be fair, the staff came quickly and were friendly. The room looked great in pictures, but there was quite a bit of damage on the walls in real life. Finally, the staff turned off the air conditioning every time they came in to give us new towels and empty garbage. This may not sound like a big deal, but in a 40 degree heatwave, the room took time to cool down and we just wanted to come back to some place comfortable after a hot day.
Liked: Room very comfortable and clean.
Disliked: We were on the 5th floor and because other people did not bother to close the lift doors we had to go up the stairs all the time
