Liked: Clean. Friendly staff. Great breakfast.

Disliked: 1) Paper espresso cups for making tea in the room. 2) The TV was positioned low over the table and I twice hit my head on it when working on my laptop.

  Excellent

Liked: Excellent stay in a very respectful clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff. I recommend it a little out of the way in Monteverdi but close enough that you can be city centre in 20 minutes. I will stay there again if in Rome.

Disliked: Nothing major Evaluator was small hahaha

Liked: It was a very clean, modern building and rooms. The staff was very helpful. They gave us breakfast to go when they learned that we had to leave before breakfast started. It is located closer to the airport than a lot of hotels (further from the city center), which is what we needed the most.

Disliked: The air conditioning in our room didn't work. They tried to fix it several times, but ultimately couldn't. There were no other rooms available that night. They bring us a fan which helped make the room more comfortable for sleeping. That's the main thing. For the price, it would have been more worth it and an overall great experience if the AC had worked.
