Expensive and terrible at managing problems and dont respect their promises

Disliked: AC in the bedroom was not working and leaking, I spent 2 nights without AC in the bedroom in the middle of a heatwave. Being an appartment at roof level it was terrible, I was forced to sleep on the unconfortable sofa. No towels available directlty, I had to access the locked cupboard where they had towels, sheets etc... Jacouzzi was not prepared and could not be used on the first day. I had to fiddle myself with the electric pannel to get light on the terrace. They promised to refund me 2 nights but still no refund after 3 weeks. Part of the compensation was booking my return cab which arrived late and didnt leave me time to do my last shopping at the airport. Staff seems nice but in the end, just making empty promises.

Disliked: Bedroom aircon was leaking badly, judging by skirting and paint damage this was not new. On succesive days workmen came but were unable to repair it. Sleeping with water dripping 2m into a pan was not possible so I either had to enduring stifling temps in a heatwave, or sleep on the couch. All I got were apologies, despite this being pretty major to the enjoyment of my stay. When you pay a premium you expect value and their property failed to meet expectations.
Liked: Everything was super! The location was brilliant! The jacuzzi was the highlight of the trip. After the high temperature over 30 degrees, the relax in the jacuzzi was the best. Breakfast and coffee on the tarasie was also super nice. Highly recommend!!
Disliked: Only the cosmetics. I had a feeling that shampoo, conditioner and body wash was all the same thing. And I didn’t bring my own cosmetics, but I managed. I still highly recommend the apartment!!!
