Liked: From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found somewhere truly special. The hospitality at Il Segreto di Pietrafitta is on another level—warm, genuine, and incredibly attentive without ever feeling intrusive. Pedro and Diego are the heart of this place; they went above and beyond to make us feel at home, personally showing us around and ensuring every detail was taken care of.Everything was simply perfect. From the seamless organization to the heartfelt farewell, this was our favorite part of our trip to Italy. We are already looking forward to returning. Thank you to the entire team for a magical experience.

A magical place with truly exceptional people who turned a special birthday into an unforgettable ex

Liked: An absolutely amazing place that exceeded all our expectations! From the very first moment, we felt we had arrived somewhere truly special, with a magical atmosphere, warm hospitality, and incredible attention to every little detail. I celebrated my wife's birthday here, and the managers, a wonderful couple with the biggest hearts, went above and beyond to make it unforgettable. They helped me plan the surprise, took care of every request, and made us feel like the most important guests in the world. Thanks to them, my wife's birthday turned into something far more special than I could have ever imagined. This is so much more than just a place to stay. It's an experience that stays with you long after you leave. A huge thank you for everything! We couldn't have wished for a better experience!

Disliked: Absolutely nothing! If anything, our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. It's rare to find a place where everything is done with so much love, care, and genuine attention to detail.
