  Amazing stay!!

  Liked: The location was excellent, and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host went the extra mile by providing thoughtful extras like bottled water, milk, cookies, coffee, and other essentials, which made us feel very welcome. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, the apartment was wonderfully quiet, and it offered fantastic value for money. We would happily stay here again anytime!

  Liked: Loved the view from the windows! Amazing. The room is beautiful and the kitchen had everything we needed. Location is just outside the walls, really 2 minute walk from Matteo gate, perfect balance to be able to park and be very close to the walled city (while even outside the walls, the continues to be beautiful). Giacomo was very nice, responsive and thoughtful. He gave us several suggestions of free parking spots.

  Big, clean apartment, with free parking nearby, friendly hist

  Liked: Great location, 10 minute walk from the old town. There was free parking cca 150-200m away, but you can park o the pavement next to the house, so you can carry the luggage upstairs. Apartment is big with two bedrooms, kitchen and dining area, nice bathroom, washing room with washing machine. Each room has air conditioning and TV if you need it. Furniture is nice and relatively new, there is everything you need (dish washer, big fridge, microwave, hair dryer, coffee machine. We stayed here with our toddler and it was comfortable. If you have a baby it is a good option, but the hallway and stairs is a bit narrow, so it might be difficult to carry te stroller upstairs. You could leave it in a separate room next to the entrance, where you have access to (an area with bins and cleaning supplies. It is big and could be used for storing strollers or bicycles). The host was extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this apartment.

  Disliked: The layout of the apartment is in U shape, so there isn’t a big living room there, but you won’t stay indoors much when in Tuscany anyway:)

  Liked: Great location, host was very quick to communicate and help when needed! Apartment was set up very well and had what I needed. Would come back and stay.

  Disliked: Only complaint would be the bed wasn't that comfortable, and the pillows were extremely thin. Outside of that everything was good.

  San Gimignano stroll

  Liked: I met with Giacomo who handed me the keys to our apartment and explained everything that was included. The apartment was very clean and it had everything one could ask for. The only thing I wished it had was a washer/dryer. The location is within 5 minutes to the old town and multiple restaurants and stores. There’s no parking at this location but one can find a free parking within 5-7 minutes walk. I will definitely recommend it and will try to stay in it upon our return.
