  Calm, quiet and very Italian

  Liked: Our host was helpful and gracious and this is a very Italian experience. Breakfast in the family kitchen surrounded by portraits. The farm is outside of the citadel but only 5 minutes by car and it’s so peaceful and charming. Also this was the best shower I had in Italy, serious water pressure 🤣. Breakfast was really good with lots of home made goodies.

  Disliked: I’d assumed that it would have a restaurant but it’s just a home with a few rooms. That said there are lots and lots of great options in San Gimignano
