  Liked: The location was perfect, and the parking arrangement worked well considering how busy San Gimignano is.

  A very polished and well furnished B&B with an excellent breakfast

  Liked: The property is conveniently located near the city center, but one street away from the main pedestrian thoroughfare, so it’s very quiet. The hostess was very thoughtful and arranged an early morning breakfast for us as we had a long hike on the Via Francigena ahead of us.

  Questionable chrages when leaving

  Liked: Great location, very charming rooms, in the kitchen it could be used by everyone staying at the B&B

  Disliked: One of the rooms was booked as a triple and three names were put on it. I was told it was booked as a double which I know Booking.com has a system, problem but that have encountered MANY MANY times where doubles or triples are booked and two or three names are put in but it only books the room for one or two people. I have never found a way to correct this. Despite that there were only two towels in the room, and she wanted to charge me an extra €30 which once I explained about the towels, she decided not to. There was some other discrepancy where I had to pay an extra 20 or €30 (in addition to the city taxes)-I couldn’t figure out what she was saying, and by this point I just wanted to get out of there, so I paid it but will never stay there again

  Liked: Everything is so authentic and beautiful. The staff is very kind. I wish we had stayed longer, the town is adorable and location of the B&B couldn't be better.

  Good location, beautifully furnished apartment

  Liked: Very good location, close to parking P2 (15 euro per day parking fee). Apartment was beautifully furnished and clean, AC worked well. We only spent one night but were super happy with the choice. We skipped the breakfast (10 euro per person) and instead had breakfast in the beautiful plaza.
