Beatiful location with a perfect view of San Gimignano

Liked: The location of Casal il Pozzo is perfect, with a beautful view of San Gimignano. The staff was very friendly, helpful and reachable at all times.

Disliked: Upon arrival, the kitchen was not clean. Some dishes and some of the cutlery still had food stains. The pans were old and hardly to be used. The heating did not work, however, this was quickly fixes by the staff.

A good stay in a spacious, clean apartment, with the basics. Beautiful pool, area close to town

Liked: Beautiful pool area with views over the valley and San Gimingano Spacious with large rooms and large kitchen and living room, and bathroom Very close to San Gimingano Value for money

Disliked: The kittens were extremely annoying and kept coming into the house, so we could not keep the doors open Very basic equipment in the kitchen and could use an update / modernisation A bit dark rooms, one bedroom had a smell of mold
