  Perfect for a longer or shorter San Gimignano visit

  Liked: Wow. The two of us spent 5 nights at Casa Margheri using it as a base to explore parts of Tuscany by car (e.g., Chianti, Volterra, Sienna, Lucca). In addition, it's an easy walk from the property to the walled city, where we had dinner several evenings. The apartment is very quiet, comfortable, and is one of the most carefully thought out properties that I have stayed at. Yes, the beds are comfortable, the patio is inviting, the views are awesome, and the parking was free. The owner/host is absolutely lovely. I will always have fond memories of our stay.

  Beautiful apartment in a fabulous location

  Liked: We loved our stay at Casa Margheri. The apartment is spacious, well appointed, clean and comfortable. It has a lovely outdoor seating area where we ate our breakfast and looked out over San Gimignano and the surrounding countryside. It is extremely well located, just a short walk to the supermarket and to the walled town. Claudia was a delightful host. Check in was simple, communication was excellent and she gave us helpful tips and information. We stayed for 2 nights but would love to have stayed for more. This is a wonderful place to stay in a gorgeous town.

  Our most beloved place during Tuscany visit

  Liked: Amazing location with a wonderful view. Next to an intercity bus stop, close to grocery shop and the wonderful old town. Nice sitting place in the garden. Comfortable bed. Very helpful landlady. Thanks!
