  Casale Rosanna was a peaceful and unforgettable Tuscan escape, filled with charm, stunning views, and warm hospitality

  Liked: Our stay at Casale Rosanna was one of the highlights of our time in Tuscany. The panoramic view of the Tuscan countryside, especially at sunset, was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up each morning to rolling hills and vineyards felt like a dream. The house had an authentic rustic charm, with beautiful stonework, wooden beams, and tasteful décor. At the same time, it was very clean, well equipped, and cozy. Casale Rosanna is perfectly located to offer peace and tranquility, while still being just a short drive from San Gimignano and other lovely towns in the area. We also enjoyed relaxing in the garden, sipping wine on the terrace, and having breakfast outdoors with such an incredible view.

  Fantastic!!!

  Liked: Located on a hill, you have stunning views the hills and vineyards from the terrace. Excellent location also for daytrips to Siena, Florance and Pisa.

  Refreshing, comfortable and inspiring holiday home

  Liked: Stunning property that was conveniently located 6 minutes away from San Gimignano. The property itself is cozy and overlooked stunning landscapes. The property managers were also very helpful! We had a wonderful time.

  Disliked: The toilets did not have a latch, so we had to get creative with closing it. Ideally the property would have also had a microwave and some essentials like shampoos and salt/sugar, but these are more minor.

  Beautiful and charming!

  Liked: Casale Rosanna was a charming and romantic villa for our first ever Tuscan stay. Simply beautiful!

  Disliked: As we stayed in Winter, we found it to be quite cold inside, however, this may be because we are used to a warmer climate.

  Wonderful and relaxing holidays

  Liked: We had a wonderful time at this quiet and peaceful place which is located 10 minutes away from San Gimignano. The apartment is lovely furnished, very spacious and comes with two bathrooms which is great for a family with teenage kids. Apart from the amazing large terrace, there’s another outside seating area right by the kitchen (shaded in the mornings). Starting from the main terrace, you follow a small path down to the pool which you share with the guests of the other holiday home on the same ground. As the pool is large, it never feels crowded. The communication with Cinzia and her parents was always super friendly, quick and helpful. Grazie mille - we’d love to come back!

  Very nice country location close to historical town and walking distance to great vineyard

  Liked: Quiet location, nice views, close to the town with 30 minute walk.

  Disliked: Missing a few small things like washing powder, additional toilet paper etc but not a big problem.
