  A clean, cozy, comfortable place with a great location made this stay most enjoyable

  Liked: Right in the heart of San Gimignano without loud noises. Both Sara and Massimo were very kind and gracious. Massimo helped us up to our apartment with our luggage and Sara let us know the best places to see and eat.

  Disliked: The hike from the remote parking area was a bit tough and the steps, but nothing too uncomfortable

  Perfect, quiet and clean with comfy beds

  Liked: The apartment was very centrally located and very spacious and clean. Massimo was lovely and gave great restaurant recommendations. The apt has a lovely balcony to relax with a glass of local wine.

  Liked: Accommodation from dreams! In the center of the center of San Gimignano, just under the towers. Perfetto! Especially, check in with Massimo was extraordinary experience, starting from logistic support with luggage transport, to 20 minutes briefing about hidden places to visit around. Not only that: he prepared very operational list of all these places. We visited all of them and came back home rich with Toscana memories! Grazie Massimo, grazie Fabio Apartments!

  Liked: Terrific location - less than a minute from the cathedral and yet a quiet and calm flat - lots of natural light - very comfortable - well equipped - from the balcony you can see three of the towers, great spot to see the stars come out - we were met at the bus by the host (Massimo) who guided us to the flat, and gave helpful suggestions for things to see and do - communication with the host was very good
