  Beautiful, peaceful location and surroundings

  Liked: Beautiful, peaceful location surrounded by the Tuscan hills. Great areas to relax around the pool and lawn. Lovely apartment. We also did the wine tasting and tour which was wonderful. Would highly recommend if you want somewhere relaxing, that’s quite close to the town.

  An authentically delightful stay in the heart of Tuscany!

  Liked: This was a true gem in the heart of picturesque Tuscany! Our apartment at the Fattoria was delightful. The buildings, the grounds, the groves, vineyards, orchards and the pool were stunning. Our apartment was authentically decorated, spacious and comfortable. The views all around from our apartment were amazing! It was a quick 12 minute walk along a beautiful stretch of road into San Gimignano and to the Coop for shopping needs. Be sure to visit the town of San Gimignano after the tour buses leave around 19:00.

  Disliked: On the first night there was a problem with the hot water when we went to shower very late. It was rectified by the next morning.

  Liked: Very helpful staff. Quick and easy check in process. Amazing location for San Gimignano and nearby villages to visit. Wonderful facility and very clean. It has everything we need. Magnificent view.

  Disliked: It's beside a road and passing traffic is quite loud inside the bedroom.

  Would book this location again!

  Liked: perfect location to visit San Gimgniano. It is a short walk to San Gimignano which allows for a dive into the nice pool when San Gimignano is full of daytime tourists. No need of the car after check in...

  Picture perfect, welcoming hosts, clean and spacious, well equipped and excellent

  Liked: Everything. The location, the views, the service, the pool, the wine, the rooms and apartments. Did I mention the views! It was perfect.

  Great Location

  Liked: This hotel is located within walking distance of San Gimingnano which meant I didn't need to worry about parking during my visit to the city. It was very quiet and a delightful place to stay. The only thing that I didn't care for were the stairs to my room; they were very high stairs and old--the building's original steps, I believe. Carrying luggage up them was not fun!

Good to know

A first set of bed linen and towels, electricity and final cleaning are included for stays of up to 6 days. Bed linen are changed and cleaning is done every week for guests staying a minimum of 10 nights. The kitchenette should be left clean, failure to do so might result in an extra cleaning fee. Daily cleaning and daily change of bed linen and towels is on request and at extra costs.
