  Felt like a villa that was special back in the day but has lost its charm due time a bit of neglect

  Liked: Very good location 3 minutes from the walled city. Breakfast was very simple but did the trick. Property has a vintage vibe but could do with a few upgrades. Nice pool with lovely view.

  Disliked: Property could do with some landscaping and updated seating. Bedding was on the hard side. Staff weren’t the most approachable.

  Short to mid term stay close to San Gimignano

  Liked: Walking distance to San Gimignano old town. Nice surrounding area. Plenty of parking space on site. Very good breakfast in Italians standard.

  Disliked: The shower room was very small. A tall person would struggle.

The hotel is located on the road to Certaldo. It is on the right-hand side after 2625 feet.
