  Amazing 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom, with washing machine, dishwasher and perfect little balcony!

  Liked: Location 10, Cleanliness 10, Bed comfort and furnishings 10, View 10, Kitchen functionality 10, Communications 10. Comfort 10 but A/C only in 1 room so you are potentially warm if not in main bedroom. I loved it and would come back in a heartbeat:-). Bring own shampoo. Lucca was very responsive and excellent suggestions.

  Fantastic apartment in a great location

  Liked: The apartment is amazing. It’s right in the centre of San Gimignano. One of the main reasons for choosing this apartment was the balcony and we weren’t disappointed - the views are amazing and we enjoyed sitting out with our wine each evening. It’s a really good base for visiting Siena and other local towns but it’s also a treat to enjoy San Gimignano once all the coach parties have left for the day. We had hired a car and arranged for a parking permit with the host in advance and that all worked out perfectly. Would definitely recommend this apartment as long as you’re able to climb all the stairs.

  Liked: We liked the view from the balcony. We liked the traditional interior, how spacious the flat was and good cleanliness. The owner was helpful and welcoming.

  Disliked: Although it wasn't a problem for us, there are a lot of stairs to climb.

  Liked: Very nice location on the square, amazing view, Luca is very accommodating and great communication, amazing host!
