  San Gimignano with mom

  Liked: The apartment was perfect. It had everything we needed, it's close to everything and it was quiet at night. I highly recommend this apartment!!

  Liked: Very friendly hosts, went out of their way to get the property ready early for us and made us feel welcome. The apartment is in a great location, right in heart of the old city, but quiet. The large kitchen/living area was nice, and a good bathroom and shower. The apartment was generally well-equipped, though only because there was only two of us. This was the third apartment we stayed in in Italy this trip, and the first to provide a written list of useful information about the town and the apartment. Also the first to provide the card to open the recycling bins in the street so that we could use them!

  Disliked: Nothing significant. We had to close the outer gate quite hard (loudly) to get it to lock, but that was presumably a problem for the neighbours rather than us;-)

  Liked: It was nice having a good sized separate living room away from the bedrooms. The little entry area to the apartment was great to be able to dry washing. It was a pretty central location, though like all things in San Gimignano parking was a bit of a walk

  Disliked: It would have been nice to have a washing machine

  We had a perfect location for our visit to San Gimignano, in the heart of town, just steps away fro

  Liked: I love this little apartment so much! The rustic character really appeals to us, and the location could not have been better. We stayed right in the middle of San Gimignano. Real Italian living! Also the modern convenience of the television streaming services was a big plus.

  Disliked: Nothing to dislike about this apartment!

  Excellent bar finding it

  Liked: Finding the property was still a problem and I suggest in addition to written instructions a focused street map would be helpful as we walked past the streeet several times and a local helped us eventually.

  Disliked: It was never clear that there was no vehicle access so I followed the written instructions thinking it allowed vehicles in to drop off bags. Hopefully I will not be fined. I did park cheaply in P1 for 2 days. That should have been explicit in guide to unit
