  Amazing kitchen windows and view!

  Liked: I loved the kitchen and the big windows in the kitchen were heavenly. We had a beautiful view. The whole place was spacious and inviting. I will definitely stay there again and I have recommended it to many friends already. The staff was pleasant and helpful and a joy to work with. The room was clean and perfect for my Tuscany trip.

  Disliked: The bed was a little firm and not great on my sensitive back. But I found that issue at several places I stayed at in Italy. Would be nice to have softer beds. But it will not keep me from returning here.

  Disliked: Tea, coffee and a kettle would have been a simple plus, especially after a hard day's walk on the Via Francigena

  Absolutely loved it and would stay longer than one night next time

  Liked: Room was spacious and plenty of room to place belongings and walk around. Shower with great water pressure. Location and view great! Staff extremely friendly and gave tips for visiting the sites. Can’t think of any negatives. We did not eat breakfast here.

  Disliked: I suggest packing light for a stay here due to parking about 10 minutes away and a hill. I can’t remember if there is an option to take taxi and get dropped off at the door but we had our own car and parked 10 minutes away. I would not suggest large checked bag with this walk.

  A wonderful stay in a beautiful town

  Liked: Accommodation is right in the centre of town. So perfect and our host was wonderful. We had clear instructions on the best parking spot to be able to access the accommodation. With this we didn’t need to navigate any steps. From the parking lot it’s a slight incline into town to the accommodation, only stairs to navigate are inside to get to the rooms which is manageable.
