  Liked: Every day was an absolute dream in this holiday home. We enjoyed the most beautiful view over the green hills of San Gimignano every single morning. The lovely large swimming pool was clean and refreshing. We loved having different terraces to relax on in the sun or shade. There was plenty of privacy for our entire family to unwind in peace. The fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed to cook great meals. With 5 spacious bedrooms, everyone had plenty of space and comfort. The hosts, Angiolo and Luigi were kind and helpful and made us feel very welcome.

  Great property and host

  Liked: Beautiful property with lots of old character and very good facilities. Pool, garden and terrace views of San Gimignano were amazing. Host could not have been more helpful.

  Disliked: The country lane down to the property was a bit steep, but we managed fine.

  Relax in the Tuscan countryside with a view to rival anywhere

  Liked: This villa is perfect for a relaxing family holiday with an extensive country view including the towers of San Gimignano. The rooms all have en suite bathrooms, the kitchen is easy to use and there are good indoor and outdoor dining areas. Everyone enjoyed the well kept swimming pool which is long enough for even the best swimmers. So sensible to have parking areas in the shade and there is cctv monitoring so anyone in the kitchen can see what is happening at the pool. We engaged Vichichef Francesco to cook our first night’s meal and also to teach us how to make pasta on Thursday then cooking it for dinner. He was a delight and gave confidence to even our youngest potential chefs.

  Disliked: The approach drive is challenging but our hosts were quick to grade the surface when it became possible.

  Perfect Tuscany holiday

  Liked: Ideal location - peaceful and with amazing views across Tuscany and to San Gimignano. Lovely pool. Hosts were brilliant at ensuring all was well

  Disliked: Be aware there is a gravel track to the property. We didn’t find that a problem - and was part of the charm of the place
