  Friendly staff, well located in the old city centre and clean

  Liked: The property is very old and located in the heart of the Old City. Although breakfast is not included, the accommodation has a coffee maker with coffee and tea available. There is also a fridge where you can store your food and drinks. The property is clean and well maintained. Brunella, the lady responsible for the property, is very friendly, welcoming, and hospitable.

  Disliked: Not that I experienced.

  San Gimignano has to be seen and by

  Liked: A good location in a historic building within the city walls. The hostess is charming and the space ample. Although the check in times are not generous we were welcomed early and luggage storage was offered on departure.

  Disliked: Needs a little investment to justify the price. The postage stamp sized tv is a joke. Twin mattress on the bed not really comfortable. Lighting poor. Not even a bottle of water provided without charge. The furniture is old but not antique or stylish. Small changes would alter the perception that you are just another tourist being squeezed a bit too much. Reinvesting a little of the income would help greatly.

  Great location to explore San Gimignano

  Liked: Great location, rustic room in old converted palace. Brunella, hostess, super friendly, and you can take your dog (not that I had one🙃)

  Disliked: Smallish shower with a shower curtain that constantly wants to stick to you.

  Liked: Great location on the main road, owner very helpful. She even kept luggage in store for us after check out. Room was rather small and very basic. Otherwise comfortable.
