  11/10 Beautiful authentic Italian Villa in the Tuscan countryside

  Liked: Villa Remignoli was absolutely superb! A very large authentic Italian villa, beautiful marble staircase going to 6 large bedrooms all with there own bathrooms. Large kitchen dinning area, with lots of cutlery, crookery, pots and pans etc to cater for a large group. It had two large lounges to enjoy. The outside space is just beautiful, with a selection of seating areas, outside dinning, and a large pool, all overlooking the stunning Tuscan countryside to San Gimignano. Simon and his family who manages the villa live in the house next door, so were on hand with anything we needed. They were very kind and friendly and couldn't do enough for us. We were given Simon's phone number is advance by Laura who owns the Villa, so we just called 10 mins before arrival. Laura also messaged me regularly to check everything was okay. We absolutely loved our stay at the authentic, slightly rustic but homely Villa Remignoli.

  A beautiful villa set in the tranquil Tuscan countryside perfect for families or a small group of friends

  Liked: A beautiful well equipped traditional villa perfectly situated in the Tuscan countryside midway between Poggibonsi and San Gimignano. The villa was perfect for our group of 8 but could easily accommodate 12 guests. All facilities were excellent and the pool a blessing during the summer heat. The assistance and advice provided by Laura prior to our visit was greatly appreciated as was the kindness of Simon and his delightful family during our stay. We look forward to returning again.

  Wonderful location, comfortable bedrooms and beautiful pool. Would stay again!

  Liked: The perfect location! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms with air conditioning- which we needed this week! Pool was beautiful and clean. Coffee on the terrace every morning overlooking San Gimignano was the best view of our trip. Owners and caretakers of the property were wonderful and accommodating, and very helpful with information on the area. Would stay again!

  Would certainly recommend this property

  Liked: Beautiful and well maintained property with lots of old character and space for our family group of 12. The gardens, pool, terraces and views were amazing.

  Disliked: Italian public liability insurance and/or property type rules & regulations do not allow any visitors, only the people registered can be present on the property.

  Charming Villa in the Tuscan Hills with Pool and Great View!

  Liked: The location is excellent, as the Villa is nestled away in the Tuscan hills - 15 minutes from Poggibonsi and San Gimignano. We were a large group (12 people) and the Villa was very comfortable. As we stayed in the summer, the private pool is an absolute must and let us have a refreshing swim in the late afternoon after spending the day exploring. A family living right next door (Simon, Fem and children) and easily accessible takes care of the grounds. Would absolutely stay here again. Grazie Laura, Stefano e famiglia!

  Disliked: Lots of mosquitoes outside, mainly when the area gets shaded or at nightfall - but I think this is the case for all of Tuscany in general. For 12 people, the capacity of the fridge is sometimes limiting if you will be preparing large meals.
