Fabulous
Great friendly hotel for the price in a good location, breakfast a bonus
Liked: Great location close to historic part of Siena and the station. Friendly and helpful staff …big shout out to the breakfast ladies who are very efficient dealing with people and were always topping up breakfast supplies, clearing and setting tables.
Disliked: Noisy …could hear neighbours upstairs and to sides and water running in pipes. Couldn’t hear outside noise though.
Delightful location & stay. We recommend & would stay again
Liked: The staff was very kind and helpful. Helped arrange for taxis and restaurant reservations. We would stay here again and would recommend it to others.
Disliked: Breakfast was a little "Spartan" in that it did not have many choices. The breakfast was tasty. The coffee set up needs rethinking as only one person can access it at a time & it is slow.
Wonderful hotel in Siena
Liked: Lovely property just outside the walls of Siena. Short walk to old town Room was very clean and staff upgraded when we didn’t like location of our room. Breakfast was excellent and staff was friendly and accommodating
Disliked: Nothing. Everything was terrific

Great friendly local hotel in brilliant location in lovely city of Siena
Liked: Really lovely helpful staff from start to finish. Great room, extremely clean and well-prepared, with unexpected great balcony and views. Location brilliant for us, near train station yet not far to walk to city centre. Good breakfast (though very busy, good selection of food). Very reasonably priced, and near some great local restaurants.
Disliked: Nothing serious to not like at all. TV was beyond us (despite best efforts of lovely staff - I think “smart” tv is never going to be for us. Didn’t want to watch it really anyway - it was just to help with the Italian language learning.
Liked: Super friendly staff, excellent location near the train station, but easily walkable into the centre of Siena. Great recommendations for eating out. Superb breakfast
