Exceptional hotel with incredible staff
Liked: The hotel is absolutely beautiful, it’s well maintained and clean. The staff are absolutely lovely and will do absolutely anything to make your stay perfect. We will definitely be coming back in the future, we only wish we had more time there. It was the perfect stay to make me and my fiancés engagement special.
Liked: The staff was very friendly, the location was great, the property is amazing, the evening room check - preparing the bed, slippers, closing the blinds.
Disliked: Overall, nothing bad, just room for improvement: full blackout curtains

Liked: Having turned a former cloister into a 5-star retreat with only 20+ charming rooms and a generous garden, all perfectly fitted in the Tuscan landscape, created the best (not just one-of-the-best), truly the best holiday experience we had; and I have stayed at and seen many resorts.
