Beautiful old time elegance and the service to go with it, wonderful

Nice Hotel, comfortable in a great location
Liked: Great location, easy parking (although it was 29 euro a day) Our room was clean and had a small balcony. The hotel grounds are well maintained and very enjoyable including their indoor or outdoor pools. You look across the lake right at the historic islands. It was comfortable.
Disliked: I didn’t appreciate the automatic 5% staff gratuity that was added to our bill. When I questioned it, they did remove it.
Liked: The staff were very pleasant there as always as we have stayed there before.
Disliked: No TV channels in English the tools on the remote not working.

Liked: The environment was enviable and facilities comfortable and high quality. Staff were lovely.
Disliked: Poor internet, limited beauty products (no conditioner, body lotion or box of tissues). TV small and poor audio quality. Equivalent 4 star hotels provide coffee machines. 1
