Exceptional
Liked: very nice comfortable room, very clean.public parking nearby. Very good continental breakfast but also with lots of home made sweets
Disliked: a bit difficult to get in. there are more hotels in the same building. Hotel Teocrit is only one floor.

Excellent hotel within walking distance of tourist sites
Liked: Located right next to historical site with easy parking. Good breakfast. At check-in the lady was extremely helpful suggesting sites to visit and providing an easy to follow map marking out all tourist locations. Rooms clean, although basic amenities.
Good value for money
Liked: To me this isn’t a traditional hotel as it was in a complex with residential flats. but it was good Value for money Large room Staff were lovely Breakfast was good, plenty of choice although not enough tables for everyone so some people did need to wait for a free table. It’s about 20 min walk into ortigia which was fine with us as we didn’t want to take the car down.
Disliked: Couldn’t put toilet paper in the toilet It can be noisy from traffic outside and it is residential on the next floor up so there was a lot of noise that could be heard and from the adjoining room. However this settled down at 10pm and with ear buds in we still had a good night sleep. Only street parking but we never had a problem
Excellent value hotel and providing good hospitality!
Liked: This is a good modern hotel that offers great value! The inside is clean with spacious rooms that offer a view. The beds are comfortable. The staff and owners truly make the difference—they are incredibly professional, friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is good. Location-wise, it is a flat, easy 10-minute walk to the archaeological park/historical sites and a 20-minute walk to Ortigia (it is also conveniently located right on a bus line).
Disliked: The exterior of the building looks a bit unappealing and uninviting, but don't let that fool you - the inside is good!
